Something weird’s happening to my laptop - windows 10 has apparently uninstalled itself and reinstalled windows 7 in its place. I get home from work to Mom telling me there was a weird screen in place of the usual screen and when I booted it up in was reinstalling windows 7. Has anyone heard of this?

The vascular surgeon called and talked with Mom this morning - he won't be able to do the surgery needed. There's a doctor in Chapel Hill, which is like three hours away who can tho. Of course we don't know if that's just in the Novant system or all doctors in the area. If someone in the CMC system can do it in Charlotte that would be so much better.
For those who aren't familiar with what's going on, especially in the past month or so: Mom has an aneurysm, located on her abdominal aorta.

Belated thanks for the birthday wishes. I'm not as active on dA as much as my tumblr or even patreon but I still try to come by and post and read the comments, that sort of stuff.
Its...been a hard month for me. I was born a few days after my parents wedding anniversary so the dates are so connected we've celebrated them both simultaneously in the past.
This year....it was rough.
If my Dad was still living this would have been their fiftieth year together...
Mom says this year synced up perfectly with the year they met, courted, married. So its been very hard on her and the rest of the family.
